Emporia Public Library Card Design Contest Rules Show off your creativity by designing an Emporia Public Library card! Winning artwork will be featured on a special limited-edition series of library cards debuting in January 2027. Eligibility The contest is open to Lyon County residents and Emporia Public Library cardholders. Age Categories Kids: Ages 0–11 Teens: Ages 12–17 Adults: Ages 18+ How to Enter Submit one original design during the month of September. Entries may be: Dropped off at the Emporia Public Library or Emailed to marketing@emporialibrary.org (digital artists can download the template here ) Be sure to include: Name Age Hometown Phone number Email address (if available) Design Guidelines Create your own original artwork—we want to see your creativity! Celebrate libraries, reading, learning, imagination, and/or the Emporia Public Library. All designs must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
